We had an excellent stay with outstanding service and a variety of amenities. The hotel provided convenient transportation to the nearby Fair. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast buffet and appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities.

The Christmas decorations were nice and festive, giving me a good holiday vibe. the complimentary breakfast served during my stay was tasty and satisfying. the hotel's location was convenient and near various shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
The room conditions were below average and disappointing. There was limited storage space available, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The hotel’s location is quite convenient with the metro station nearby, making it easy to get around. the free transportation to the Fair is a plus. the room is spacious and equipped with useful amenities such as chargers for USB devices and a manicure set. the bathroom is well-stocked with toiletries, including make-up remover and face scrub.
The front desk staff's lack of English proficiency can cause communication issues, which can be frustrating when dealing with problems.

Great value and attentive service. The breakfast selection was superb with lots of local options. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to nearby attractions which was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including toiletries and chargers. a great stay for the price.
Limited English-speaking staff. While the service was great, the language barrier made it difficult to communicate at times.

This hotel is great! The location is really convenient, close to the Metro and also to the Fair. The service is top-notch, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room amenities are amazing, with air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The free toiletries provided are a nice touch. The hotel also has a dining restaurant with delicious food.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
